The Wine Loft event packages are uncomplicated and allow for the opportunity to make each event a unique experience. We consider it our standard to exceed expectations and will do our best to accommodate any special request or need you may have. Our staff will ensure a memorable experience for you and your guests, planned exactly to your tastes.
Our facility can accommodate groups of 10 to 200. We do not charge a facility rental fee.

Wine Receptions & Educational Tastings
Our Wine Tasting Receptions are exclusive programs that fully cater to your group. Themes can range from a casual food & wine pairing to a formal wine education course. You pick the hors d’oeuvres and we will match the wine to compliment. A Wine Steward will be pouring the wines and interacting with guests answering questions. Servers will pass hors d’oeuvres explaining the best wine pairing.
We can customize an event specifically to your desires and wine preferences. Choose items off of our À La Carte, Entrée, and Dessert Menus. The atmosphere of the tasting is at your discretion and may be as casual or as formal as you prefer. Contact us to reserve your date and discuss any specific needs.
Girls Night Out
The “Girls Night Out” package is popular for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or just that special evening out. Our atmosphere is like none other in the Dayton area and offers the perfect experience for that single girl’s last night out. Start with a Champagne toast and let the evening follow your imagination.
We offer all-inclusive bar and food options so you know exactly what the evening will cost from the start; separate checks are available for groups of 15 or fewer.
Corporate Events & Parties
The Wine Loft is perfect for corporate meetings and get-togethers. The atmosphere is posh, but relaxed and our extensive wine and cocktail selections are sure to make an impression. Our warm and inviting private event area holds up to 50 guests and includes the following amenities –
- Audio-video equipment (available at no additional charge)
- Projection screen (available at no additional charge)
- Volume of music can be adjusted to meet your needs
- Adjustable overhead lighting
- Privacy curtain
We can customize any event specifically to your cuisine and beverage preferences. Choose items off of our Entree, Small Plate, or Hors d’Oeuvre Menus. Bar packages include wine, beer, and spirit selections.

We can accommodate up to 200 guests in impressive style and unmatched service. Our extensive menu and wine selections ensure there will be something everyone will love and our attention to detail ensures you will not have to worry about anything. Our expanded cuisine menu now offers an extensive selection of entree meals.
